This is not some normal situation so we all are getting freaks because who wants a self-lock down or want to away from friends and family but this is necessary precautions to keep safe our self and our loved ones. This virus is causing uncertainty in our life that’s why we all are feeling troubled but problem is that those people are getting worse who have already facing mental health issues like anxiety and depression. People who have anxiety are suffering the most because fear of being out of control and unable to tolerate uncertainty are common characteristics of many anxiety disorders.
if we want to protect our self from getting anxiety or depression then we have to do these things to keep our self-safe.

In this pandemic we cannot let our guards down as we know that we all love to spend our time in social media or tv but by doing this we often get news which are false especially social media spread news in seconds without confirming whether it is true or false. So, during these hard times we have to use only trusted websites to get some authentic news which will reduce our anxiety because we will know what is exactly going on.
Keep distance from social media.
Distancing yourself from social media will save you a lot of trouble. if you not get too much involved with Facebook, twitter and Whats-app notification you will not get overwhelmed by it so mute all the notification coming from social media sites this will save you from getting disturbed.
Staying in touch with those you care about.
Staying connected with people whom you care will keep your mental health good during these periods of self-isolation. Maintain daily routine because it will create a healthy balance in your life. Try to find meaning in life and do things that are productive that will keep you away from anxiety.
